Service Description
*An Extra Square Foot Fee applies if a property is bigger than 1,500 sqft *If a property surpasses that size, we will then charge $20 per extra 500 sqft *A Mileage FEE may apply (please refer to the travel fee policy). *Heavy editing will cost $7 per picture. High-Quality HDR photo session with a Wide Lens Next-day turnaround (any time between 2-4:00 pm). 50 Premium Edited & MLS-Ready photos. FREE Blue Sky when cloudy sky.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible to avoid any fees that may apply. We understand that things come up and that appointments need to be flexible. However, we do charge a $40 rescheduling fee if the appointment is postponed, canceled, or rescheduled within two hours of the scheduled appointment. We have this rescheduling fee to compensate our photographers who, often, are already on the way to your appointment, for their time and gas.
